When We Sip is the project of two friends who are both music and wine enthusiasts, each with professional roots in their respective fields. As a result of a cooperation in 2019, they began cultivating the Spotify playlist, which has since been updated weekly with refills contributed by the duo as well as guest curators from the music and wine industries.
